Donation-based Community Yoga (All levels)

This donation-based COMMUNITY Yoga Class is an All Levels practice is good for beginners as well as seasoned Yogis) and will include the full spectrum of Yoga practice including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing practices), mantra (chanting), and dharma teachings (life lessons from the philosophy of Yoga). Donations will benefit local charities. Suggested minimum $5 donation, but any amount is appreciated.
